Product Introduction
DATIE TECH Track Geometry Measurement Instrument (SGJ-T-DT-2) is a measurement device that simultaneously measures internal and external geometric parameters of the track. This device is equipped with high-precision sensors such as a gauge ruler, inclinometer, and odometer, and features a complete system for data collection, storage, and wireless communication. It can form a real-time measurement system in conjunction with an industrial-grade computer and a high-precision fully automatic total station. The main measurement contents include: gauge, level, track direction, elevation, versine, twist (triangular pit), gauge variation rate, track centerline, and the planar (lateral) and elevation (vertical) deviations of the left and right rails relative to the designed line position.

Scope of Application
DATIE TECH Track Geometry Measurement Instrument (referred to as: Measurement Instrument; commonly known as: Conventional Trolley, Absolute Trolley) is suitable for precision measurement and adjustment of short rails on high-speed railway dual-block ballastless tracks. It is also applicable to similar construction processes in urban rail transit such as subways and trams. Additionally, it can be used for precision measurement of long rails on ballastless tracks to guide the replacement of fasteners and pads.
